Word From The Father
If you’re preparing for a special occasion, you’ll make sure you present yourself the best way you can. You’ll buy a new garment and shoes. In fact, everything you’ll put on will be new. Whichever way you present yourself, that’s how people will address you. Nobody cares either you own or borrow everything you put on, but they will address you the way they see you. The same garment you wore when you were going to that occasion, would you wear it every day? No matter how new a garment may be, it will grow old one day. As you cannot wear the garment that’s meant for a special occasion every day, so also you cannot live a holy life every day. This is the kind of life all of you live. I Am the Almighty God. I Am the Great I Am That I Am. I Am the Great Judge. I Am the Great Seer. I see the heart of all My children.
Year after year, all of you gather in celebration of a new year. All of you don’t mind just to be holy for a day. Is that the kind of service I require from you? If you’re holy in one day out of three-hundred-and-sixty days, judge yourself where you’re going. If you cannot do without putting food into your stomach, so also you cannot do without holiness. Holiness is your life and without it, you cannot enter My rest. I Am sick of your fake and false service. I Am sick of your hypocrisy. I see and watch every life each one of you live every day and I will judge you by it.
If you cannot do My will, why do you gather in My name? If you cannot do whatever you preach, why do you call yourself a Christian? Are you a Christian to live as you please or a Christian to do My will so you can come to Heaven? The kind of life you lived a year ago, the same life you will also live this year. What has changed? The same heart you had last year, isn’t it the same heart you have now? The same body you had last year, isn’t it the same body you have now? You committed sin with the same heart and body last year. What is the assurance that you won’t commit sin this year again? This is how you’ll continue to live your life until you drop dead.
I Am the Almighty God and the Rewarder of every deed. Whatever you know how to do, go ahead and continue with it. There is a reward for you either good or evil. Those who choose good shall see good and those who choose otherwise shall see it as well. Whatever you sow you shall reap and whatever you reap you shall also eat.
After Moses had led the children of Israel to the Wilderness, he gave them all the Laws and Ordinances which the Father had given him. In the Book of Exodus 19:8, all the people cried out with one voice: “We will do all that the Lord has spoken.” Did they do all the Father has spoken? What happened to the same people in the end? They never made it to the Promised Land.
The journey of holiness isn’t a mere journey. Many Christians started it and gave their heart to the Father in the beginning, but in the end, they were nowhere to be found. The kind of life many of us live is like a new garment that wears out in a short time. When it’s new, it’s as if it won’t enter inside water someday. After it has tasted water several times, it’ll fade away. The Bible says in the Book of Proverbs 4:18 that, “The path of the righteous is like the shining light, that shines brighter and brighter until the perfect day.” The light of the righteous shouldn’t go down, instead, it should continue to shine brighter and brighter every day.
Whatever your shortcoming maybe, drop it and turn a new leaf. The more life of holiness you can live on this side of life, the more it will benefit you in the end. If a man has lived half of his life in sin, he must work hard so that the remaining life he lives before he dies, the life of holiness could supersede the sinful life he has lived. We were born and grew up in sin until Christ came and found us. Therefore, let us cherish the blood that purchased us from darkness by living a life that is pleasing in the sight of the Father. I pray for you this day that as you have started this year alive, so shall you end it alive. May the grace of God the Father and His Son abide with you now and always in Jesus name. Amen!
My Task For Today
1) I will thank the Father for the gift of life.
2) I will ask the Father and His Son for the forgiveness of sin.
3) I will examine myself and amend my ways.
My Prayers For Today
1) Almighty Father, thank You for keeping me alive by Your grace.
2) My Lord Jesus, have mercy upon my soul and cleanse my heart from sin.
3) O Lord my God, I hand over the key of my life to You. Lead me in the path of righteousness and help me to remain focus in You.
4) Holy Spirit, release Your fire upon my weakness and refine me with Your holy fire in Jesus name. Amen!
May the Lord give you the grace to walk with Him in Jesus name.
